Q:What is SIM free / Unlocked? What will be supplied with my phone?

A: A SIM free or unlocked phone means that the phone can be used on any mobile phone network in any country in the world that has a GSM network.  If you have a 3G SIM card then you can only use 3G services if you purchase a phone that is 3G compatible (3G compatibility will be stated in the specifications for each phone model).  All new handsets are boxed, UK sourced & supplied with a battery, UK 3-pin mains charger, user manual, warranty, CD, USB data cable & handsfree.  In addition certain models include extras such as memory cards, 2 year warranty and/or a case or pouch.  Please check the individual listing for specific contents.

Q: When can I expect delivery of my item?

A: We offer next working day delivery for all products that are in stock, and ship within 24 hours of your payment clearing (exc. Weekends & Bank Holidays).  Please check each individual listing for specifics.  We dispatch via Initial City Link, Parcel Line and Royal Mail; UK customers in most instances you can expect delivery in 1 to 2 business days.  Non-UK customers can expect delivery in 2 to 10 business days, however again this is not guaranteed.

Q: My Item is faulty, or I have received the wrong item?

A: We apologise in advance if this happens.  Prior to any return please get in contact with our customer services department, so we can help you quickly and efficiently.  We aim to deal with all faults on a 2 business day turnaround.  Please note that the buyer pays the cost of return postage in any instance, and you are responsible for ensuring we receive the item back prior to a refund or exchange.  So mail back with an adequately insured recorded or signed for service only.

Q: I Would like a Refund?

A: A full refund on the purchase price of the item will be provided if the item is returned within 7  days of receipt, and in its original condition.  This means all packaging & components must be present.  Prior to any return please get in contact with our customer services department and we will provide you with the information you require to return the item. All returns are processed within 5 working days of receipt.

Q: Why is the cost of P&P more than the cost of a stamp?

A: Our costs include delivery charges, packaging, insurance and handling charges.
